Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All orders placed after 2:00pm PST on Friday and through the weekend will not be processed until the following business day. Please keep in mind that during holidays or promotions, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

• Order processing time does not include your chosen courier's processing time.

• We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for any issues with shipping caused by the courier, that may result in delayed delivery time. 

• Packages undeliverable by your chosen courier will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our warehouse. 

USPS: We have recently had an increasing number of issues with USPS, specifically with unsuccessful, and delayed deliveries. As USPS is at fault for the matter of contention, we cannot guarantee satisfaction in regards to you receiving your order if you choose to have it shipped via USPS.  We strongly suggest choosing Fedex as your courier at checkout.

• 'First Class Package' orders are not insured.

• All orders over $150.00 USD require a signature upon delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from your chosen courier to your local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.

RETURNS: You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return your item(s). Please note that all items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Email us at shoppermanentmakeup@gmail.com for further information on how to return your items for a refund. Refunds will be determined by management.
