Shipping Policy


We have recently had an increasing number of issues with USPS, specifically with unsuccessful, and delayed deliveries. As USPS is at fault for the matter of contention, we cannot guarantee satisfaction in regards to you receiving your order if you choose to have it shipped via USPS.  We strongly suggest choosing Fedex as your courier at checkout.

If orders are placed at or before 2:00pm on Monday-Friday, they will be shipped out that same day. If orders are placed after 2:00pm on Monday-Thursday, they will be shipped out the next business day. If orders are placed after 2:00pm on a Friday, we will not process your order until that following Monday (business day). All weekend orders will be shipped out Monday (business day). Please note that this does not include Delivery company's processing time. 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return your item(s). Please note that all items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Please email us at for further information on how to return your items for a refund. Refunds will be determined by management. 

Please note that if you choose 'First Class Package' with USPS, your package is not insured. All orders over $150.00 require a signature upon delivery. 

We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for any issues with shipping caused by the courier, that may result in delayed delivery time.
