Neutral blonde pigment for ash blondes. Handles aged skin really well. Designed for phototypes II
(Nordic) according to the Fitzpatrick scale. Recommended for working with clients with cool hair color.
The base is yellow. The particles are ne-sized. The ink is highly liquid and only requires dilution
with a special diluent for adjusting the colorant concentration.
